We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. We understand that sometimes an item's energy may not align with your needs.

How to Return an Item

To ensure smooth processing:

•       Write "RETURNS DEPT." clearly on the outside of the box.

•       Include your RMA number.

•       Place your order number inside the package

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us photos within 7 days so we can assist you promptly and fairly.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either:

•       A refund to your original payment method, or

•       A store credit

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
